This morning 3 of my friends came over to my place to, for the first time, dance a 5 rhythms Wave. We met in Flowing, walked straight in Staccato, cut loose in Chaos, laughed in Lyrical and came home into Silence.
Magical!
In oder to move forwards and upwards, one needs to let go of the past. However, without capturing reflections of present and past experiences I will anxiously try to hold on to them in my head, hence holding on to the past. By posting these reflections i can keep on moving and this writings will save treasures of the past.

Elephant blessing
At the Virupaksha temple at the end of Hampi Bazaar we received the blessings of this gentle giant. With his trunk he gently picks a coin out of our hand and after giving the coin to his master, he gently lays his trunk on our head. We humbly bow.

At the Dentist
Yesterday I had to undergo a root canal treatment. I had gone to the dentist twice before to have it done but the nerve was so sensitive that it didn't respond to the anaesthesia. Oh help what pain!
This time however the nerve was miraculously quiet. And while the dentist was digging and filing away, I was in total bliss - and out of pain - listening to Brahma Kumaris' The Link of Life Medidations on my Ipod. Truly magical.

Sunday Morning
This morning my work out by walking briskly rounds in the park close to my house, the moment became just magical when listening to Counting Crows' Washington Square from their Live in Soho album.
